This website is operated by ATP Insurance Consultants, LLC, doing business as ATPInsure ("ATPInsure," "we," "us," or "our"). ATPInsure is a licensed insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. We do not issue insurance policies, underwrite risk, set premiums, or pay claims. Those functions belong to the licensed insurance carriers whose products we are appointed to sell. When you purchase coverage through us, your contract is with the carrier, and the terms of that policy — not this website — determine what is and is not covered.

By accessing or using this website, submitting a quote request, or communicating with us through this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Pledge, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised "Last updated" date, and apply to your use of the site after that date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this site or request coverage through us. If you are using this site on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

Insurance products and services are not available in every state and are void where prohibited. Product availability, plan designs, and pricing vary by state, by carrier, and by your individual circumstances. Eligibility for any insurance product is determined by the issuing carrier, not by ATPInsure.

Any quote, premium estimate, or plan comparison provided through this site or by one of our agents is based on the information you supply and is not a contract, a binder, or a promise of coverage. Coverage begins only when a carrier approves your application and issues a policy, subject to that carrier's underwriting. Plan descriptions on this site are general summaries. The policy documents issued by the carrier control in every case.

Information on this site is provided for general education and convenience. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, investment, medical, or accounting advice. Insurance recommendations from our licensed agents are based on the information you provide and do not substitute for advice from your own attorney, tax professional, or physician.

By submitting your information through a form on this site or through one of our advertisements, you authorize ATPInsure and its licensed agents to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message — regarding insurance products and services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also request removal by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a policy you already hold.

By using this site and providing your email address, you consent to receive documents, notices, disclosures, and correspondence from us electronically, including by email or through a secure online portal. This includes applications, plan documents, enrollment confirmations, billing notices, and legally required disclosures. To receive and retain these records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email account, and the ability to view and save PDF files. You may withdraw this consent at any time and receive paper copies at no charge by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL] with the subject line "WITHDRAW ELECTRONIC CONSENT," including your full name, date of birth, and mailing address. To update your email address, email us with the subject line "EMAIL ADDRESS UPDATE."

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Pledge. You agree that the information you give us is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it current. Providing false or incomplete information on an insurance application can result in denial of a claim or rescission of your policy by the carrier.

To quote, submit, and service an application on your behalf, you authorize ATPInsure and its licensed agents to share the information you provide with the insurance carriers, quoting platforms, enrollment systems, and enrollment facilitators necessary to place and maintain your coverage. Where a carrier's application requires health information, you authorize us to transmit that information to that carrier for the purpose of processing your application. We share health information only with the parties necessary to place and service your coverage. We do not sell your health information. Any authorization to release medical records to a carrier will be obtained through that carrier's own separate written authorization form.

It is a crime to knowingly provide false, incomplete, or misleading information to an insurance company for the purpose of defrauding the company. Penalties may include imprisonment, fines, and denial of insurance benefits.

You agree to use this site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, defame, or abuse our employees or agents; impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; copy, scrape, crawl, spider, mirror, frame, or use automated tools to extract content or data from this site; reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the site; use content or data obtained from this site to build or support a competing service; collect or harvest information about other users; introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code; interfere with or place unreasonable load on our servers or infrastructure; remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice; or use our name, logos, or trademarks without our written permission.

The content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on this site are owned by ATPInsure or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Using the site does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our services, you agree that we may use them for any purpose without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution, or compensation to you, and that we may already be considering something similar.

This site may link to websites, enrollment portals, or carrier systems that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, products, or services of any third party. When you leave our site, the terms and privacy policy of that third party apply. Your relationship with any insurance carrier is governed by that carrier's policy documents and disclosures.

THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATPINSURE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY QUOTE, RATE, OR PLAN INFORMATION DISPLAYED IS CURRENT OR ACCURATE. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER APPLICABLE INSURANCE LAW OR THE TERMS OF ANY POLICY YOU PURCHASE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ATPInsure and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, and except for disputes arising under an insurance policy (which are governed by that policy and by applicable state insurance law), any dispute between you and ATPInsure arising out of or relating to this site or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Forsyth County, North Carolina, or by videoconference at your election. YOU AND ATPINSURE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section will be void.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina.

We may modify or discontinue any part of this site at any time. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign yours without our written consent. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Pledge, are the entire agreement between you and ATPInsure regarding this site.
